Thomas was very accommodating when checking in. The hotel had been completely full & staff were still cleaning rooms after 3 pm check in time. He apologized to us & gave our group water for our troubles. He advised he would stay on top of it & within 15-20 minutes we were in our room. Our only complaint was the kitchen floor was sticky, but could have been what they mopped with. Otherwise we had no issues with the room for our group. Breakfast was also very good & there were plenty of options. I would stay there again.

Waited 5-10 minutes for front desk staff to appear for check in. Was told they overbooked the hotel and sold our room to another guest. Was eventually able to get a room at this hotel but had to wait until 9pm and it wasn’t the same kind of room that I originally booked.

Disliked: Staff & service
Upon checking in, we were notified that the hotel was overbooked and were not going to be provided a room. A secondary hotel was booked, but this one did not have enough beds for the amount of travelers in our party. Staff at the hotel was unsure how to handle the situation throughout and did not re-book a suitable hotel for us. Ultimately, we had to book a hotel on our own, at a higher cost, and after spending hours trying to resolve the issue. We missed restaurant reservations, paid more for a replacement room, and did not get a complimentary breakfast causing us to pay even more for our overall stay. It was awful overall.
