This Hilton location is outstanding. We always enjoy the stay here except for the mattress quality. They need to update/replace the old and hard mattresses. Also, the bar/coffee staff is always curt and a bit rude. Other than those two things, the hotel is fantastic!

The rooms were spotless and so fantastic to check-in to after a hot day at the zoo. The staff was receptive and helpful, even working with us to check in early! Pool was great, food was wonderful. Beds and room temp could not have been better. I was surprised that the televisions did not offer any way to order a movie for the kids or use smart technology to cast from our phones. Even in the most rural Iowa towns, this amenity is standard. It was an unexpected hiccup to an otherwise delightful stay.

This is the second time we’ve stayed at this hotel and we were just as happy the second time around. The rooms are clean, beds are comfortable and location is convenient. The restaurant and Starbucks on site are a huge plus as well! Will definitely stay here again.
