Rooms were immaculate! Staff was pleasant and accommodating. Spoke to Eulisa over the phone earlier. Driving in from Illinois and all the stresses that day. She was sympathetic and checked us in over the phone so our keys would be waiting for us when we rolled in at 3am. It put my mind at ease that was taken care of.

We happened to stay during a very cold snowstorm. The parking lots were plowed throughout the storm which made parking easy. There were numerous luggage carts at the front entrance which allowed us to easily move our luggage to our room. The desk staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Our room was very quiet. We could not hear any other guests or hallway traffic.
