the hotel was very clean and was totally quiet in the evening/night. The only thing not great and it not even that big of a deal but you need more ice machines

Great hotel
Beautiful hotel in and out with some great views and a bunch of nearby restaurants and stores.. Only suggestion I have is that the staff check the hand sanitizer machines more often. The ones on the 3rd and 4th floor were out and also the lobby ones by the side entrance and the elevator.

There was stuck on food in one of the chairs, you could tell that housekeeping didn’t do a very good job and probably only vacuumed. All of the mirrors were dirty. silverware was gross. The staff was incredibly rude. Am I coworker who also had a room also had issues with the rude staff and cleanliness as well as the water pressure in the showers were absolutely terrible and the bed was really lumpy.
