The ac wouldnt turn off, the elevators smelled like burnt rubber, the refrigerator would only stay cold for 2 hours, and there were stains on the bed sheets and ceiling

This place is clean, quiet, modern, and comfortable with the added bonus of being affordable. Whenever my wife and I visit the Des Moines area, we stay here. Lots of great restaurants nearby, theaters, shopping, and other entertainment.

Ok on initial look

Hotel Rooms looked good when you first arrived, however after looking around, we found issues with mold, carpet coming undone, paint chipping and water damage.
