The manager was amazingly helpful, the cookies were delicious, the hotel was clean and even decorated, and we even had a nightlight not connected to a bathroom fan!

This seems silly, but a designated nightlight that wasn’t connected to the fan. The cookies on the lobby are delectable. Probably most important, Cathy(manager) and Dominic (night desk) were PHENOMENAL at helping with problems.
