Guests will enter into the main lobby and take a short elevated ride up to the cozy condo. Inside the unit features a full kitchen, dining area and breakfast bar, dedicated workspace, living room with smart TV, 2 bedrooms both with smart TV's while also having access to shared spaces such as a community area with games, 24/7 fitness facility and rooftop lounge with dog park/relief area.

This is a downtown space and apartment complex and while it's not particularly noisy you may hear other tenants or cars outside occasionally.

Guests will access the condo using a lockbox located outside of the complex that stores a set of keys and fobs. Please keep track of the keys at all times. Lost keys or fobs will results in a fee of up to $200.

The front door utilize a ring doorbell that records audio and video 24/7 for guests safety and security.

We would highly recommend staying at this condo. We found check in to be smooth and the place had plenty of space for our family.It is within walking distance to Wells Fargo Arena which was perfect for our event.

Beautiful Comfortable Space

Great space and location. Dan is an excellent host and ready to help with any need you have. It is quite a walk around the floor and up a bunch of steps to get to the unit. If you’re bringing groceries or a lot of bags be prepared. Parking is convenient to the space, across the street and with sky walk access on one side. If you’re a wine drinker be sure to bring your own glasses, there are only shot glasses, martini glasses, tall water glasses and coffee mugs. Also no options for recycling.

Downtown Concert ready

The loft worked perfectly for our one night trip and our party of four. We didn’t spend much time in the loft other than to sleep and shower. Great location for Wells Fargo Arena because it’s in walking distance with many restaurants in between.

Dan was incredibly communicative and quick to respond to any questions, which made the experience smooth and stress free. Our family booked this place for a weekend event my daughter had and it was perfect! Clean, spacious, safe and walkable through the convenient Des Moines Downtown Skywalk. Dan was a great host... very responsive and clear with instructions. We would definitely stay here again!

Nice place. Great location and communication

The property was as advertised and in great shape. Perfect place for downtown Des Moines and good communication from host on checking in and out. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that outside of the loft and the first floor bedroom it could have used some auxiliary heating due to the cold. Since it was january a lot of cold air gets in through the window which isn't the fault of the host but just be prepared. We would use it again despite this.

A great first impression of Iowa!

A friend and I visited Des Moines for the weekend and Dan made the process as easy and smooth as possible! Responses were very quick if we had any questions, and he even checked in to make sure everything was going well the day after we got settled! Fantastic Rental

This loft was convenient and a great place to stay during a long swim meet weekend. The directions were spot on, the place was incredibly clean and well outfitted, and the host was immediately responsive to any questions we had before, during and after the stay.
