This place is almost false advertising with the pictures. When we arrived the back door entrance you come into was loose concrete stair falling away from the place and trash overflowing everywhere out of the bin and all over the ground and parking lot area. Was a guy passed out in his truck with the music blasting and when I called the property they were not very responsive. The place has more damage marks than you can count and the cleaning service is terrible. Above the bed in master bedroom and really at ceiling in all rooms were extensive cobwebs. The beds were cheap and extremely squeaky. Again do not be decieved by the photos this place should not be priced as it is per night. Also the process when booking was very confusing as you get billed by a different company and the amount of info they are asking for is a bit too much. Lastly, the remote lock on the door was broken and falling off and at one point just stopped working. Had to call again just to figure out how to get in and out of the place. Had to then download an app on my phone to lock and unlock the door. I think just about every faucet in Kitchen and bath leaked

The place was very nice & clean. Our only complaints would be there was only one window air conditioner in one of the rooms upstairs and it got very hot. Even keeping the door open didn’t help cool it down. Also the one bed/mattress was on the floor. It was very hard to get in and out of since it’s a memory foam and it’s just laying on the floor. We had a great time in Des Moines and over all the place was adequate.

Des Moines with a view

Very clean and inviting. Right across the street from a great bar/pizzaria. Very secure. Communication was great.
