The room was nothing like the pictures. There was no furniture in the room. The layout of the room was really inconvenient and uncomfortable. The bed faced the opposite direction of anything in the room. Unless you we re standing there was no way to watch the tv. The jets in the jacuzzi had zero pressure making it nothing more than a bathtub. The bathroom door knob was broken, the plug to the bath was broken. The bed was the absolute worst bed iv ever slept in. No spap, room was never cleaned, and the coffee and sugar packets were moldy.

The room was clean and the staff was nice. We checked in after 7p and had done the pre-check in online so were able to just get the key...very easy.

Rooms are clean, staff are friendly, breakfast was good, and the pool and hot tub were great. A perfect stay in my opinion.

The staff was good but the place needs up dated and the furniture was chipped up . The mattress on the fold out couch was terrible! The pillow they gave was the worst thing I have ever seen! The pool and hot tub was good! The door fixtures in the pool area were all rusted and in terrible shape! The fire alarm system went off many times at 4:30 in the morning! No staff ever let anyone know what was going on! We took our grandchildren there and they asked next time to stay somewhere nicer!
