The staff was good but the place needs up dated and the furniture was chipped up . The mattress on the fold out couch was terrible! The pillow they gave was the worst thing I have ever seen! The pool and hot tub was good! The door fixtures in the pool area were all rusted and in terrible shape! The fire alarm system went off many times at 4:30 in the morning! No staff ever let anyone know what was going on! We took our grandchildren there and they asked next time to stay somewhere nicer!

Right off the interstate. Clean and quiet. Breakfast was standard hotel breakfast but it was fresh and tasty. Friendly staff. The A/C was quiet (if you know, you know) and the bed was very comfy. Very pleased with our stay.

Room looked clean but the first night and next morning there was quit a few ants on tbe end table. Hot tube was nice and warm pool was to warm. Staff was very nice.

Rude customer service along with manager. They did not let me change or cancel booking due to a car accident. I booked on same day and they would not even modify the dates instead they penalized and unwilling to work with me. Will not recommend if you can't even get past guest service.

The internet was quick and efficient. The hot tub was clean and right temp. The pool needs to be a little warmer and if there are suppose to be towels then there needs to be some or there will be wet footprints down the hall. The staff was friendly and had a good sense of humor!!
