mattress sloped to one side. tile floor was sticky. shower curtain could be replaced. veneer on bathroom door was pealing off at the bottom of the door. appeared as though the bathroom might have been flooded at one time.

The room and staff were average. I felt as though the price was a bit high for the room we were given. It was a handicapped accessible room with not very much room, no grab bars or room for a chairbound person in the bathroom area. There was only one grab bar in the bathtub area with an extremely high shower head that wasn't reachable.

My grandsons loved the indoor pool, I loved the hot tub. The room was really clean and comfy. It felt safe and it was quiet. Close to food and shopping. Only negative was the scratchy towels.

Couldn’t get housekeeping services

I’ve noticed this problem with Hampton lately. They say housekeeping is every other day, but that day never arrives. After three days I asked if I could get housekeeping and of course they said yes, but when I get back that day…no service. Four days at $160+ a day and they could never bother to empty a trash can or exchange a towel.
