We stayed here because of a soccer tournament and if we could have canceled our reservation and stayed elsewhere I would have. The front desk was rude, and their policies are absurd. When checking in they only gave me 1 room key and when I asked for another one for my 16 yr old they refused because he wasnā€™t 18. Even after explaining heā€™s 16 and would be going out with friends they still wouldnā€™t do it. So I had to give my son MY key card so he could get back into our room, which just left me without a key. Our friends reservation was messed up and didnā€™t have available rooms for them and they even got into it with the front desk who refused to help them unless they were given an apology for being frustrated about their room situation. Another team members family ended up leaving because of issues with front desk and room situation. We were on the first floor and I could hear EVERYTHING from the floor above me. The first night I was up all night listening to someone walking around, flushing the toilet, and even showering. I thought I was going crazy but I read similar reviews about how noisy upper floors are with just regular movement. I donā€™t recommend this hotel, and we will never stay here again.

Clean, comfortable rooms

Rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast is more continental style; only hot things are coffee and pancakes from a pancake machine. There is still hard-cooked eggs and yogurt, along with a variety of bread products. I was annoyed that staff seemed to be a little befuddled that I was paying for more than one room.
