Very unclean and uncared for. Had to have fresh towels and toilet paper given by site manager. Had to clean microwave before use. Hairs in bed. B5 o mattress protectors. Shower smelled badly. Broken blinds in some rooms. Stale smell from soft furnishings. Some main lights did not work or lamps missing bulbs. Many other issues. Report sent to Sykes Cottages and awaiting response. Only stayed because a family emergency and venue nearby or would have left.
