Upon arrival we found our floor surrounding one bed was soaked and the ceiling showed signs of water damage. We called the front desk and they said someone would look at it the next day. The floor was so wet we avoided that side of the room. My son and myself had to sleep on the couch together, negating the purpose of getting a room with a bed and the couch. No offer to move rooms, and the floor got progressively more soaked over night. When we got to the hotel we were told there were several rooms available so we could choose the floor even, so there were plenty of rooms.

Yes, yes, and yes. Our carpet was ripped up in the room in places. Two double beds are not enough space for four people.We tried the trundle bed, but there were stains on it. There was little water pressure in the shower. On Sunday the cleaning staff said "Oops, we forgot to refresh your room. The pool was cloudy and disgusting. The breakfast was meh at best. The sheets on my bed were ripped. We were only given three towels, although our reservation clearly said four people. The room above us sounded like people were running all over and bouncing basketballs. The last night we were there people were running around pounding on doors. When we turned the heat up it smelled like smoke. We ran out of toilet paper. The photos online were very misleading.

Charged me for "tripping the smoke sensor" with a candle. Charged me 379 and then another 379. So over 700 just in "smoking fees". Although my room key was in and out of that hotel to smoke a cigarette. And still cant get ahold of anyone. Pissed off.

Great staff and huge rooms. The only issue is the LOUD heater in the room which turns on at middle of the night can be bothersome to some people (lucky not me) + wish Expedia and hotel had posted that the pool (inside the hotel was closed) but NOT POSTED when/for reviews/booking; I was told that I can use the one across the street - no longer convenient. Minor advertisement improvement/adjusted for management. Thx and take care.
