None of the outside doors are locked, so anyone can get into the hotel, our room was on the first floor of the hotel-the windows did not have a screen or a a lock, the tub was rusty, there were cobwebs in the corners of the room, the toilet was running, and the room did not feel like it had been cleaned very well. We checked in and checked right back out, left immediately!

WiFi does not work in Rooms. Rooms were very dirty upon arrival. You only get two watermark bracelets for a room that sleeps 5? Overall, not great. Would not stay again even for the water park.

Hotel is definitely not what it used to be. It is dated, and in severe need of many updates. Pool area is fun for kids, but dirty and in need of updates. Tons of tiny gnats/fruit fly like bugs in pool area around tables with food. Ick! Sheetrock is crumbling and on floor in hallways, toilet seats loose and not attached, loud squeaky doors in hotel rooms. Continental breakfast was blah, except for the waffles and cereal. The gal at the front desk was a rockstar and so friendly and helpful… and pretty sure she worked nonstop from 8 am Saturday to noon on Sunday. WOW!

Room had shoes and garbage left in it from previous guest. TV didn’t work. Heat didn’t work. Facility outside doors are not locked so the police were there in the morning to remove a homeless person that had came in sometime during the night.

Pool is awesome!
The pool experience was amazing and perfect for our kids (5 & 7). The hotel is outdated but it didn't bother us because the kids had a blast which is what matters most.
