Work in progress
To be fair, I can't say it was misrepresented and the owner was responsive. This unit appears to be a work in progress. It was clean and had new paint and a nice big sectional; however, the kitchen had very little in the way of cookware that was usable. I brought a crockpot and we used it mostly so this wasn't a huge problem. The king bed is in the only room without direct bathroom access and that was odd. The two master bedrooms had two queen beds each. There is only a sheer curtain on the window of two bedrooms so the building hall light shines in all night long. The whole complex may have a hot water issue. Cold showers in the morning unless you turn the water on an hour ahead of time. Later in the day you get at least warm water. One sink leaked underneath, there are knobs missing on the dresser in one bedroom, the fridge has a broken shelf and the kitchen table needs a tablecloth because even a moderately warm paper plate sticks to it (old varnish?). We had a group of young people smoking pot on the balcony next to us all the time and they stayed up talking and partying until 2:00 am every night. That's obviously not the fault of the owner of our unit. The owner was very nice and the issues they could control weren't huge. My main advice, take a skillet and black out shades or thick towels for the windows!
