The pictures shared doesn’t give provide the complete idea of area around. There is a house just next opposite. Noticed multiple concerning items - there were towels left in dryer, most probably from previous rental. The trash dumpster was full of trash bags and insects flying around. Multiple utensils provided was not clean. Chairs in lawn were broken and was thrown around the place. The place also had multiple insects flying in kitchen and living area. The couch and pillows in living room was torn and had a stink. The place was cleaned only on surface and was not properly maintained.
