The property was in a convenient location but the place needs a makeover and the staff at the shops need replacing. They were rude, grumpy and couldn’t care less. The tipping system was supposed to drive better service and I can tell you it is mostly not happening. Very disappointed in the food quality, taste and service and it was not only at this property.

Service and cleanliness let property down in my opinion Front desk were rude on arrival and directions to find room confusing, We struggled with the smoke smell which was throughout the hotel and not being able to open windows in the room made it very uncomfortable There was also construction around hotel occurring just so you are aware
