Filthy rooms and terrible facility. Asked for a refund as soon as I saw the room. Sheets had brown stains on it. Room filled with smoke. Dirt all over the floor. Immediately turned around and walked out.

The rooms are older and the hotel is used for long term stay. Usually hotels like that are not particularly pleasant but this hotel is clean, quiet and well run. I had a very comfortable stay. it's no frills but for the price it's an excellent bargin. I will stay there again if I need to go to that part of Dallas for business.

One of the worsts place, rooms are not clean, there are socks everywhere on the floor, the sheets has crumbs and stains. Floor was definitely dirty, left after 2 mins of seeing the room.
