The customer service is absolutely amazing! It’s the type of service I miss when they show that your business is appreciated and they enjoy caring for customer. The small things didn’t matter since the customer service was so perfect!

2 night stay. Breakfast was good, check in was easy. Finding the place is different (make sure you put in South Grand Prairie as there are two locations very close to each other)...Elevator was a hit or miss. Parking lot is a bit tight. Very poor patch job on the walls in the bathroom and the shower head was horrible. Needed to be cleaned badly.
