Broken Refrigerator

The refrigerator was broken when I arrived. Manager sent someone to fix it after a few days, but it never worked. It was noisy with construction on the early morning hours.

Room was clean but staff, Mattie in peticular, was rude. She had no idea how to help with the food kiosk. The most disturbing was when I informed her about 2 sketchy men hanging out at the entrance door smoking and cussing. I said I did not feel safe and she said they do have smoking stations outside. Really in a 100% non smoking facility, the fact she ignored my safety concerns will make me never stay here again.

When I walked in there were multiple cars parked right I front and nobody in them. It was pouring rain so I figured the lobby was backed up. But no it was completely empty. Then the front desk was closed so my son and I had to sit there soaking wet to wait for assistance. The stay was nice once we actaually got to the room. But the next day after checkout I realized in the car my wallet was missing. I called and had them check the room TWICE! And both times they said it wasn’t there. Mind you I JUST CHECKED OUT & hadn’t left the car once. So safe to say it was stolen. Will be following up w proper steps to retrieve my stolen property.

Great stay.clean,neat however my family were next door to a racist that kept complaining to staff that we were loud and smelt of weed.We are a nice family who never touches that stuff. Whoever it was must have also been a peeping tom because he complained that our window was open dooring the day. LIKE Really? And we didn't even blast the tv.
