Arrived to the room and one of the queen beds had a lot of hair strands under the covers. After our stay, we realized we had forgotten a pillow and went back to the hotel, within 12 hours, to go back and pick it up. Hotel staff wasn’t very helpful - was reluctant to look in their “storage”, where they keep lost and found items. Pillow was no where to be found. This had a pillow case on it that made it obvious it wasn’t one of the pillows the hotel uses. How does this go missing? Esp when it’s realized the same day we check out and go back to retrieve it, since we were still in town.
