I’d stay here again

Bed was decent, shower was hot, service was great, and the room was clean. I left some clothes hanging in the closet and called about an hour after checking out and they went and retrieved them for me. I was able to come back and get them and they had them ready for me at the front desk. I would definitely stay here again.

You’re going to find your simple basics with no hassle and quick check in. Rooms are clean and accommodating. Mini fridge and personal Keurig Coffee maker is a definite plus in the rooms! Fresh lemon water and fresh coffee upon entry was convenient. I absolutely love staff-Jasmine. A steakhouse is right next door and Walmart is a 12 minute walk. Safe area with lots of convenient stores. I would have liked hangers in the room. Will be back and I do recommend.

I am very disappointed that the hotel's daytime employee told me this afternoon that they have a 24 hour shuttle. I called and asked before booking throughExpedia. I told him I would be arriving after midnight. He assured me there was a shuttle and to just call when I arrived. Now Iam here at 1 am, and there is no shuttle service. An Uber is $50 and Iam not willing to pay this. Your daytime employee lied to me, as he probably is not aware that there is no longer shuttle service between MN and 4 AM. Not only do I not have a shuttle, but I hustled to the shuttle pick up spot and now I am outside the terminal and cannot get back in until 4 AM. Now I must sit in baggage claim awake until they open again Totally unacceptable. I expect a refund for this total inconvenience and ask the hotel to please inform all of their front desk employees that they no longer have a 24 hour shuttle service. Baseball trip

Staff was amazing, from check-in to breakfast to custodial. Everyone I came in contact with was very nice and helpful! Room was clean. Pillows were uncomfortable, but seems standard in hotels these days. Breakfast was standard fare but was good. Breakfast area was clean. Gabby was working her tail off! Only problem was that as we were ready to check out, the elevator wasn’t working. Easy enough to get to and from the places we needed to go. We will stay here again when in the area.

Need Better proficient front desk

Room was adequate. The feont desknpersonnel was very slow and appeared unsure of the policy process. Received checknout text after i had already checkdd out and when trying to complete kept getting a failed to checkout error. Also had a mentally disturbed man on property for 25hrs. Very scarey situation.

It was ok.

Stay was ok. Our room was at the end of the hallway so we heard the ice maker and people who would come from stairwell because door sounded like it kept slamming shut. I don’t think it helped that our door had a decent size opening at the bottom of door entry. We got the king Jr suite because it had the extra sitting area with additional TV. And we brought our fire stick because we wanted to relax and watch our shows. We’ll I can tell the 2nd TV was removed, that was a bummer but whatever. Breakfast….was from 7-10am. I got down there at 9:40am, no place to sit, egg tray empty, meat tray empty, waffle mix empty, one fruit tray empty, almost out of milk. I seen the lady come from kitchen go back into kitchen and she never came back out till 10:15. So my free breakfast was toast and cereal.
