Great check in and friendly staff. Beautiful location. Room not very clean. Dusty bathroom. Room was not well cleaned after the first night. Copthorne Hotel and Apartments Queenstown Lakeview
No air conditioning, room was very warm and street noise loud so leaving the window open at night was problematic. We didn’t see that there was a fan in one of the closets until we were leaving which would have been helpful.
