We are retired , world travelers. Usually I don’t write any comments for hotel and restaurant staff , as we expect excellent service at 4 & 5 star hotels that we typically stay in. However, I have to give the TMS Hotel staff a big compliment. Special thank you to the Manager Jason and Our breakfast Server Phuong Hong (Rose) who were especially helpful. This hotel location is great. So many restaurants and massage parlors close by . Also. Free bicycles, which were great to ride along the 10km beach front walk way . Overall, a good place to stay in Danang.

Great location next to the beach. Room was very clean and modern. Staff was super helpful and friendly. Breakfast buffet had a lot of variety and was very delicious. There is a lot of construction going on or abandon lots in the area. Other than that, everything was great.

This is a great boutique hotel right opposite the beach. The Hotel is spotless and staff are so friendly and attentive. Breakfast is also lovely. Hotel has a nice rooftop pool and bar. Highly recommend this hotel as it has all the restaurants/supermarkets/salons et. within 10 minute walk

The hotel is centrally located and right across the street from a beautiful beach. It also has a rooftop infinity pool and bar with a great view of the beach. Room was clean and BIG. My only complaint would be the air conditioning. There’s a thermostat in the room but it doesn’t work and there’s no notice about it. I woke up both nights sweating, and only figured out on my last morning that every time I lowered the temperature, it automatically snapped back to 23 degrees. Called reception and was told only they could make the change. This should have been made clear at check-in.

The hotel is great but I would not stay again

The hotel itself is clean, modern and spacious. Staff is friendly. The hotel itself is “luxurious” for Vietnam/Da Nang standards. BUT we would not stay here again. Directly across from the hotel is a beach club that blasts music on the weekends and holidays until we’ll past 2:00 am in the morning. If you want to party then this is a great location. But if you are travelling with kids or hoping to get a full night’s rest - you should probably stay elsewhere. Not sure if there are clubs along the entire strip of My Khe beach or whether it just happen to be the lone club directly in front of TMS, but next time I would probably opt to stay a few blocks away from the beach to dampen the evening nightclub mood. The ocean front views were amazing but not worth the sleepless nights.
