Really nice fun clean property that's right by the water and a short walk away from the heart of the old town. The whole experience was absolutely spot on, from the check in, to the rooms, to the breakfast that we enjoyed every morning and the amenities including the pool and the free bikes. Just loved this place, check it out and if it's available just book it.

I absolutely enjoyed my stay. From the moment I of check in, I wished I had booked a longer stay. The hotel was beautiful, food was good, stay also amazing. I was very happy here and it was walking distance from a lot of shops and activities.

Great hotel with great service from the office personnel. They were ahead of needs. Room very comfortable and clean. We had the bridge view. Food was excellent. We didn’t have time to try the pool. Strong point are location (10 minutes from everything and confort). Breakfast is great with enough variety.

it's a nice hotel. The only negative thing was the rooster next door made noise very early in the morning， it was quite annoying. Also when the neighboring room (side or up) took their shower, it was very loud.

An amazing hotel where the staff go above and beyond to make your stay clean , comfortable. They are so friendly and truly care for each individual guest . The food at breakfast is fresh and has choices for lots of different tastes . I have been here for a week and I am still finding different fruits and pastries to choose from. They offer hot food from Vietnam or even an English breakfast if you so wish. I can not fault this hotel in anyway . Thank you

This place is really a hidden gem! It’s walking distance from old town Hoi-An and some great restaurants. The hospitality of the staff is unmatched and I facilities is impeccably clean. I could not ask for mor and wouldnt think twice about returning!

The staff are very nice and helpful! Breakfast is delicious. The family room is spacious and big enough for my family of 5. The room is clean and looks new. They also provide free airport transfer which is a bonus. Walkable distance to Hoi An old town. Will stay here again if I visit Hoi An again.

Perfect Hoi An hotel

This is a delightful hotel, modern and well designed with a great pool. Breakfast is of a high quality with lots of options. It is well located a few minutes from the river and a very short walk to old town. Lots of eating options nearby. The staff are very attentive and helpful. They provide free bikes. The room was well appointed with English shows and movies on the TV. I would highly recommend Cozy An.

Property was clean, quiet, and the meals were fantastic if you chose to stay in. Staff were friendly, and very helpful when it came to booking activities to do. Located about 5 minutes outside the hustle, with many food options along the way. Would definitely stay at this property again as it suited our needs perfectly!

What a precious jewel this hotel is!!! From the moment you arrive, right away you are taken care of with your registration and comfort. By mistake we went to the sister hotel (10 mins by car) and we were treated exactly the same way and they made sure we were taken by taxi to the right one. The entrance to our hotel is really welcoming and beautiful. The open concept that begins from the entrance continues through the hallway, dining room, bar and finally the swimming pool. Everything designed exquisitely, someone took their time to put it together. Our room was perfect. Breakfast out of this world with a lot of homemade recipes such as their jams. And of course the staff, wonderful, wonderful, wonderful. I am and will always be their biggest fan!!! 🤗

A beautifully designed space that feels like a breath of relief after a long day of tourism in the heat. Breakfast is great, with attentive service. The pool massage is also fantastic, our family of 6 adults all really enjoyed our stay. The rooms and bathroom are also beautiful, very clean and with great finishings. The floor tiling can feel a little slippery for those with 'dry' feet, so caution to those. Otherwise, such a lovely stay and we would return.
