Value for money this was a win! We only used the room as a sleep and shower before our train trip as it was close on the map.. bed was good, air con was cold and shower was wet.

they will upgrade bedroom roomier, bc they just open business couple months after covid, and they they will improve breakfasts. that is manager told us, hopefully future better. The rate of that we can't expect too much, that place close to Con market, but we came during rain time so walked around was dirty on sidewalk.

Location is good, close to the train station and the airport. So is their breakfast. Rooms are spacious but no sound proof. The bathroom is rather dim and has a weird odour. Great value and service

We wanted somewhere decent, inexpensive, and near the train station to take a shower and catch a few z's before a 2am train to Nha Trang. This was much better than I expected for the price, with a clean room (somewhat small but that's okay) and great service - they even packed some bread, jam, and milk for us to take since we obviously missed breakfast!

After reading the trip advisor's review, we booked this hotel due to convenience to train station and also near the Vietnamese neighbourhood. The location served our purpose. However the quality of hotel demands some review and attention. The first night was horrific as we were given a room on second floor together with a group of young locals who were partying in the room with loud music, talk, running about and smoking deep into the wee hours. We called reception twice but to no avail. On third call, we demanded a change of room because the noise was too much and we could not sleep. They offered a temporary room on 4th floor to sleep over the night which helped to solve the problem. The next day asked for a change of room because we do not want to experience the same issue for the next 2 nights and they did offer a room on 4th floor which was quiet and away from the noise which appeased us. Apart from this issue we had a good stay. It is near the local con market, parkson and big C supermarket. We found a local eatery selling delicious Chinese Vietnamese food eg wanton noodles, Braised and roasted duck noodles/rice. Price is reasonable at 40-60k dong per dish. It is also walkable to the dragon bridge and riverside along Bach dang street, about 30 min stroll and sightseeing at the same time.

Well located.

Hotel is well located, close to train station, Con Market, Big C Supermart, plenty of eating places & shopping. The room we booked was huge, bed was comfortable, has cable TV, mini bar but no room safe. Shower area has no shower curtain so the bathroom gets wet after a shower. We had a rusty kettle but got it changed with no issue. A can of insecticide was placed in the room but thank goodness there was no need to use it during our stay. Breakfast was made to order. We thought we saw a rat ran in the restaurant one evening. Staff smiles a lot but generally quiet possibly due to language barrier. They tried to stop the bus going to Hoi An for us directly outside the hotel but the bus was only allowed to stop at the bus stop. We had to run 100m after the bus. Apparently the staff was unaware of this.

清掃問題ありません。シャワーは高温の湯(50℃近く)が出るので汗をかいた服・靴下を洗いました。部屋のエアコンで朝には乾いています。ミニ冷蔵庫の設置もあるので購入したカットフルーツを保管し、朝食に食べました。3泊お世話になりました。
