TIDEWATER VIEWS is a cozy 820 square foot cottage that has everything you want for the perfect tropical vacation: open water views from a covered porch, a private 35-foot boat slip, kayaks, bikes and access to the wonderful amenities at Venture Out, a residential community with a heated 80-foot pool with large Jacuzzi and Kiddie Pool, tennis courts, basketball court, bocce courts, swimming lagoon, marina and convenience market with fuel on site and two double wide boat ramps, Recreation Center with billiards, darts, and ping pong, post office and a library. Venture Out has 24 Hour Patrolled Security.

THE COTTAGE...

TIDEWATER VIEWS has been recently remodeled to a high standard, with Smart TV’s in every room. You’ll enjoy all of the amenities you would expect back home: Dishwasher, Washer/Dryer, Microwave, Range, Refrigerator, Blender and other small appliances. This home accommodates up to 6 people in 2 bedrooms with queen beds and a queen sized sleep sofa with Tempurpedic mattress. You’ll be able to bring your boat to dock on the 35' concrete seawall equipped with dock posts, cleats, fish cleaning table & swim ladder.

THE AREA...

There are some wonderful places to explore, from Bahia Honda Beach (voted one of the top 10 beaches in the U.S.) and the American Shoal Lighthouse to snorkeling off Looe Key. For dinner out, consider the Square Grouper, Mangrove Mama’s and Tonio’s Seafood Shack just up the road. Last but not least, TIDEWATER VIEWS is just a 25-minute drive to either Key West or Marathon, with all their attractions.

** Pets Allowed (dogs are not allowed to be walked in the neighborhood) - Max of 2 pets allowed and an additional fee of $200 per pet will apply
** Last Key Realty vacation homes are rented to family groups and responsible adult groups only. Groups who expect they may cause after hours noise will not be a good fit for this home and should be aware they may incur additional penalties when in residence for violations. There will be a $500 charge for after-hours dispatch of our staff in response to calls resulting from verified noise complaints for violations by our guests in residence.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Venture Out charges a one-time Registration/Resort Fee due upon arrival: $116.28 + $8.72 Tax = $125 for up to 6 people (Credit card or cash) PAID DIRECTLY TO VENTURE OUT. If you arrive with more than 6 people which is the maximum allowed in the home, you will not be permitted in the park. Venture Out guests are required to submit additional paperwork in advance of arrival, which Last Key will collect and coordinate within the week of your arrival. Guests should be prepared to submit all guest information to comply with HOA requirements.
