The man that checked us in was super nice and very helpful. I believe his name is Coryon. We also loved the coffee machine in the lobby was nice and convenient.

One of the best breakfast offerings i have experienced in quite some time! Wish all hotels offered the same options and variety. Front desk, thx Rory, was extremely helpful. Large and spacious room and bathroom. Kudos to IHG for getting it right!

The hotel was very noisy. Hard to get a decent nights sleep. Barking dogs at 6:20 in the morning! Right next door to us. The owners left the dogs unattended while they were out eating or site seeing . The dogs barked all the time they were alone. Loud conversations in the parking lot right below our window.

The hotel was all booked up at the time of my cancellation due to illness. I was charged a full day, even though, the room was possibly rented. I should least of gotten a rain check for my next long future extended stay. I will remember this service I received on my next booking to Fl. No booking with IHG/ Holiday Inn! Bad Business! What I didn't like is that the hotel had no recyclable, eco-friendly flatware and drinkware. Everything was plastic or styrofoam!!! (really bad for the environment). Only plastic cups. No water glasses in the room. We had to drink the wine from plastic cups.

Hotel was nice and for most part clean . Only bad thing in room was there was a couple small blood spots on top part of my sheet that wasn’t mine .when I exposed sheet for them to see and change they just straighten sheet out and it remained there during my stay . I never slept on that side of bed before or after noticed . The room also has very thin walls I could hear the guy in the room next to me snoring all night. Other than that it was nice .
