The rooms were very comfortable, and we really liked having the microwave and refrigerator. I appreciated the coffee machines in the lobby too. I was impressed by the friendliness of the staff as we came and went each day. This hotel it’s a great option in Crystal River even if it’s not right on the water.

I really enjoyed my stay. The staff were very pleasant, friendly, and professional. From my early check- in requested and honored by Coryon to the breakfast every morning with Lacey, i thoroughly felt appreciated! Although i would highly recommend getting some more help in the morning for Lacey; the breakfast area was always packed the 2 mornings that I was enjoying myself and she tried her best to keep up but the poor lady was sweating bullets and there was still a line waiting for restock of items.

Good hotel but...

My wife and I had to come to the area to clear out a family member's house. We had stayed at this hotel previously for a night and thought a stay of a week would be fine. Check-in was super easy, and the room was clean and large. Breakfast is sufficient for a quick bite before venturing out for the day. My one complaint is housekeeping. We would leave every morning around 8AM to go work on the deceased family member's house and would return around 8PM. After spending 12 hours working, we were looking forward to a shower and a good night's rest. The first night was great but after that housekeeping would only clean the room and replace towels every other day. I checked with the desk twice and was told that was not the hotel's policy and that the room should have been cleaned every day. While the front desk seemed sympathetic to our issue, nothing changed and housekeeping was every other day. After the last instance, my wife and I left a day early. Upon checking out we explained why we were leaving and there was no explanation or compensation, just "sorry". We need to make a return trip to the area in three weeks and would like to stary here again but if we do, we will bail the first time the room is not cleaned. A positive note is that two employees, CJ and Andrea, seemed to care about conditions.

the AC barely worked and the room smelled a bit mildewy. cool new coffee station in lobby, but took away coffee in rooms - also no longer has hot chocolate at the station (which is a bummer as i like to put in my coffee).

The hotel has clean and spacious rooms with mini fridge and microwave. The hallway is a little weird with 3 room doors opening towards each other but not a major issue. The man who checked me in was getting hammered by a lot of guests coming in at the same time. He was coming off his shift (and was supposed to have been off), but the lady coming on shift was there too. There was around 6 or 7 separate people in line and the lady kept going through papers instead of jumping in and getting customers checked in/out. I felt like the customers should have been the lady’s priority. The poor guy was doing the best he could.
