Shout out to “Mrs Kim” in the kitchen. You went over and beyond to be kind to me and my guest. Being kind goes far beyond your job description. It’s your very nature. You were the most kind and personable person at this hotel. Your personality should be showcased in a position that allows you to work more closely with the guest. Did not like the fact that I was forced to unhook my trailer in order to stay there. Or park at another location. I I spend around 150 nights a year in hotels and have never been asked to do this. Back parking lot had three cars in it plenty of room. I Will never stay at this location again.
