If we have a loud group in this does happen sometimes but we also have stayed in places and heard others from our room. I am sorry this was a problem for you after all it is communal complex, and you pay accordinglyWe do try to control the noisy ones as it does happen from to time. So sorry

This guest was emailed with a polite email asking approx arrival time to which no reply was received. Hence 10.30 at night and still no response most who don't have 24 hour service would be a little annoyed. Then to top it off the guest booked for 2 people but had two others with her a 15 and 11 yr old who stayed on boxing day for less than $35.00 per person?? Great place to get cheap accommodation???
