Staff are friendly and the location of unit beautiful. The room was comfortable however, a few things need addressing. The curtains are ripped and the shower glass door at the bottom is dirty, the walls need a repaimt as marked, The deck should be water blasted from duck poo as this made it unusable. parking was good but there needs to be long two space parking for people with boats.

Everything was great, location was good with a stunning view from our balcony, Cromwell was close by for dining options or if you don’t mind a 30 min or so drive you can go to Wanaka. Only downside would be our room was on the very end so no wind block, very noisy at night. Otherwise loved our room.

Location is perfect with these vila style home. We enjoyed it for three days. Kitchen staffs are friendly and showed us the way to the doorway at night. Lake sides are 1 minute away and one can walk for hours. The view is beautiful as arrow town. I consider Marsden place to stay between Queenstown and Wanaka.

Nice location, view and good room. Poor wireless connectivity ( slow, dropouts ). Limited choice for meal we had at on site restaurant, but it was good. Otherwise nearest food at Cromwell 10 minutes by car.
