Arrived at this property to find the floor stained, the door frame to the ensuite stained and covered in what i can only describe as grunge. The bed was like a pack of crisps with metal springs in. The shower door was hanging off its hinges meaning i couldnt shower. So i left and did not stay there. I am now in dispute with the owners because they operate a 100%no redund policy, even though the room was not fit for purpose. Disgusting room and awful customer service.

Room servicing poor and in shabby condition

When we arrived, the room was not made up: bed dirty, towels on the floor, used cups sitting, bathroom uncleaned. In addition the room was in a poor state of repair with gouges out of the windowsill and chips out of the surface of the bedside table. There were also ants on the inside of the bedroom door. The Townhouse sounds impressive but its in a very rundown residential street with limited parking. Needless to say we didn't stay.
