The older lady at the front desk was rather “curt”, I think we took her away from her TV show (it certainly wasn’t late, it was only 8:30pm). The mattress had a big stain on the side, didn’t notice until the AM. There were also yellow stains on the ceiling in the bathroom. Having said that, the rest of the bathroom was very clean. There wasn’t an electrical receptacle in the bathroom, not convenient if you want to use a curling iron or blow dryer. Lastly, be prepared for a very firm bed!

What a diamond find in this town. The rooms they have are decorated with high end tiles and finishes, the furniture is stylish and new. The bed is comfortable and clean, fresh and new. I’m so impressed at the style of this little place. There aren’t any amenities really. Room 31 is the one I got and it had a small private patio. Oh the WIFI is 100%. Dedicated Router in the room with blazing speed. I wish they had a continental breakfast but, this one is a no-brainer. If all the rooms are this nice it’s a winner!

Change your cleaning product and air your rooms

No one was there when we arrived. I tried emailing no answer to my ?’s. The owner had an accident and was at the hospital so we felt bad but she should have someone to cover. There was a very strong pine smell in the room which finally disappeared by the time we left. There was a door missing from the cupboard in the bathroom. Otherwise it was ok.

Decidedly non corporate “mom & pop” property. Neat and clean. We liked the Keurig coffee setup. Bathroom cramped with almost no shelf or counter space. Operated with pride, but overall the value proposition came up a little short.
