We arrived at the room for our trip. We got the the elevator and a father the 4 young kids got stuck in the elevator roughly for half hour. It was a run around to get ahold of some body. For the rest of our trip we dd not use the elevator and told others not to use it.

We stayed in the juniper this time, the unit was a lot cleaner and the a/c worked perfectly. So far the juniper has the best units. Tv worked, bed was comfortable and the water pressure was good.

Perfect family getaway

Great spot. The room with the bunk and queen was perfect for our 4 kids. Pool was great as was the bbq and hot tub in our building. Our kitchen was fully loaded with supplies, cookware etc. which was great because we ate in during our stay. Overall, a perfect family getaway.

The suite was perfect for us. Clean, roomy, nice location. One hot tub down for part of the trip. Would book again!

I think it’s going downhill, and I think all the units share the same code, someone tried to get into our unit while we were home and whatever code they punched in unlocked our door. The counters were not wiped and the floors were dirty, there were also dirty towels still in our bathroom

The condo was nice and clean. My only complaint about the actual condo was we couldn’t get the dishwasher to work. The pool and hot tubs were really dirty. The kids wouldn’t go in the pool because there were worms in it. The hot tub by the pool wasn’t hot. The hot tub near the room was hot and it was clean the first 2 days but on the 3rd day it was very dirty. Also it wasn’t ski in ski out, we had to drive to the hill which we didn’t mind. Maybe without ski boots on and all our gear we would walk but it’s too hard with all the gear.

Nice place, but I was under the impression that it was Ski-in/Ski-out. One bedroom is good for 2 ppl, not 4.

Our stay was wonderful and property is great! It isn’t really ski in ski out as advertised though, as it is definitely a hefty walk uphill, so driving to the parking lot is the easier way to go, otherwise with no vehicle the walk is intense and not the most doable.

Fantastic property for our family ski trip (2 adults, 3 kids). Condo was well equipped and absolutely spotless. Only two small issues: we couldn't get the gas fireplace working and there was no paper towel provided in the kitchen. Otherwise it was perfect. Would stay at Timberline Lodges again.
