Really lovely hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I can't remember if there were smaller rooms but as a single occupant my for what I paid the room was definitely worth it, great value. It's about a 20 or so min walk from Kilmarnock station so not far from town centre. The area around the hotel is a small stadium and mainly residential. Only bit of constructive feedack I would give is the nespresso coffee machine in my room while there is a manual in the drawer maybe a small card or laminate with a simple breakdown of how to use may be helpful for future guests, particularly if they drink tea. I'm due to book again next year though and looking forward to it

Modern and welcoming

Hotel very convenient for those attending events at Rugby Park. Has a variety of function rooms and a nice restaurant and cafe space. Rooms are spacious and comfortable with robes and slippers.

My stay was very comfortable, food was excellent, room was clean and very comfortable and had lots of great amenities included. Reception and bar staff were super friendly. Female staff at breakfast not as helpful or friendly as the rest of the staff, she seemed very rushed.

Nice hotel. Staff couldn’t do enough for me! Good beer, good food, nice room, my only little issue, mattress could do with replacing in my room, felt a couple of springs, I just moved to other side of the bed, no issue, will be back!
