Welcome to Shore to Please, where tranquillity meets modern comfort. Our spacious abode can comfortably accommodate up to ten guests, making it the perfect escape for large groups, families, or a reunion with friends.

Revitalize yourself in either of our two immaculate bathrooms, meticulously provided to enhance your convenience during your stay.

Two distinct living areas beckon, each a haven for relaxation and enjoyment.

Our fully enclosed backyard offers ample space for your children to revel in.

Outdoors, a BBQ and dining setting await you on the back patio, a picturesque spot for your enjoyment.

A convenient side gate access is available to accommodate your boats, trailers, jet skis, and more. Additionally, there is a readily accessible garage designated for guests and parking purposes.

It is located in Central Cowes and only 500 metres from the Cowes Town Centre and to the main street of Cowes, shops, restaurants and local attractions.

The house is in a residential street with surrounding permanent tenants, so we only rent to mature guests who will remain respectful to our neighbours. The house will be used for relaxation-style holidaying; loud parties are prohibited.

This home sleeps ten guests across four bedrooms.

Bedroom 1: 1x King bed (2 guests)
Bedroom 2: 1x Queen bed (2 guests)
Bedroom 3: 2x King Single beds, 1x Single trundle bed (3 guests)
Bedroom 4: 2x King Single beds, 1x Single trundle bed (3 guests)

The trundle beds' doona covers and pillows are in the bedroom cupboards.

What to bring: fitted sheets, flat sheets, pillowcases, beach towels, bath towels, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats.

Guests have the choice of:

BYO Linen / Towels—Guests bring their own fitted sheets, flat sheets, and pillowcases for each bed. They also bring their own beach, bath, and tea towels, along with hand towels and bathmats. Refer to the home's description for the bedding configurations.

Linen Set Hire—Guests can hire a full linen set for $30 per bed, which includes a fitted sheet, flat sheet, and pillowcases. Bunk beds are classed as two beds. All beds are the same price.

Towel Set Hire - Guests can hire a towel set for $10 per person, including one bath towel and two tea towels (for only the first ordered towel set).

Bathroom Set Hire—Guests can hire a bathroom set, including a bathmat and hand towel, for $10 per bathroom.

Delivery Fee - If any items are hired, there will be a one-off delivery/set-up fee of $40.

Ask management for additional pricing if the stay is longer than seven days. For linen or towel hires, advise Ready Set Stay with 48 hours' notice, as last-minute requests may not be possible. Lost or damaged hired linen/towels may incur costs. Ready Set Stay will assume no linen or towel sets are requested for hire unless advised.

We ask all guests to please clean the BBQ after use, or a $50 fee will be charged.

The neighbourhood is safe and family friendly. Your guest guidebook/house manual (linked in your welcome message) also includes recommendations on things to do in the area, dining options, and local attractions. A QR code for the manual is also available at the property. If you need any guidance, reach out to our team, we are happy to help.

GETTING AROUND
Parking is available for your stay. We can provide parking information if necessary. Please ask us any questions.

ADDITIONAL RULES
There are strictly no schoolies, parties, or events. We welcome mature guests only. The property is patrolled by security. If neighbours complain or the police are called, this could affect your bond, and we have reserved the right to evict guests.

Booking reservations can only be confirmed once the verification process has been completed.

Pets are not allowed.

You are required to bring your linen and towels unless prearranged.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
Access details will be available for you to enter directly at the home. Unfortunately, we do not get a chance to meet, but this provides a simple and convenient way for you to enter and depart the home easily. We can be contacted via the booking platform anytime during your stay, and we will send you our office number if you need us urgently. We want to ensure your stay is enjoyable. Thank you.
