Soooo disappointed at this accomodation. I’ve stayed here many years ago (the 90s) and nothing much had changed it been updated. The outdoor areas are messy and dirty, Untired and over grown. A good power wash and a Gardener would definitely be recommended The indoor areas are tidy but extremely tired, run down and in need of replacement. Beds were not commercial grade, doonas were dirty, walls also dirty. In need of a paint to say the least. Very over priced for what we got.

Hi Connie, Thanks for your review. We have renovete half of the motel rooms on last year until to Oct 2021. We have planned to upgrate all the rooms but it was pulled off because the lockdown. After lockdown, it becomes busy season for us. However, we have update the facility inside your room, I am not quite sure if you have noticed, such the brand new smart TV and etc. The beds mattresses were two years old and we have lots reviews from our customers, most of them like it. For the price, because the new year and summer holiday as peak season in Phillip Island, it is higher than normal season.

The location is amazing! One street away from Cowes main beach and Jetty. Down the road from Thompson Ave and the main strip of shops. There were a few cobwebs in the room but otherwise they were clean. The main negative I would have is that the walls are thin and we had some loud neighbours for one night. Saying that I would stay again!

We had booked a Studio Spa Room but found it very small and the shower was in the spa which was very dangerous to climb in and out when i'm only 4'11" tall. There was no water pressure to even get you wet. Location was very good and could walk to shops, restaurants,beach etc. but wouldn't stay there again

The couple who run it are nice but the grounds and building are very old and run down. Needs renovation. No outdoor hot tub. Pool solar heating not on. Lots of broken lights, rotten sleepers along garden edges. Inside taps are at least 1980’s. Tiles are cracked, grout is dirty. Bed was good with hotel quality sheets.
