Hi Connie, Thanks for your review. We have renovete half of the motel rooms on last year until to Oct 2021. We have planned to upgrate all the rooms but it was pulled off because the lockdown. After lockdown, it becomes busy season for us. However, we have update the facility inside your room, I am not quite sure if you have noticed, such the brand new smart TV and etc. The beds mattresses were two years old and we have lots reviews from our customers, most of them like it. For the price, because the new year and summer holiday as peak season in Phillip Island, it is higher than normal season.
