It's an acre and half land on the out skirts of a small town called Cottageville, South Carolina
A place where the kids can run and play. Cook outs, and bonfire. Great for family gatherings. Close to Charleston without the hustle of the city.
Front porch to sit and visit. Watch Football game or race or any other sports. Just move the TV out to the stand and bring back in when the events are over. This way your smokers can smoke outside.
Enjoy the peace and quiet.

Peaceful setting outside of Cottageville. The location was perfect. Water is extremely hot so watch out. Hot and cold reversed in guest bathroom sink. Learned the hard way. Plenty of towels, dishes etc. Could use a big knife to cut meat. Oven and fridge were dirty. Cleaning fee is high...should get a clean property. Front porch was great, except for wasps. Big yard, neighbor has an electric fence so beware. Need to put on the instructions that must take trash With You and Where to take if that's what property owners want. Dishwasher did not work.
