Cabin On River's Edge is a family-sized log cabin sitting on the banks of Cosby Creek, one of the Blue Ribbon trout streams of the Great Smoky Mountains. Children can wade, fish, swim, and float up and down this stream, ranging in depth from 1 to 3 feet in most places.

Families will enjoy the very spacious and private grounds - the property sits on 3 acres of gently-sloping hills. View the meadows and mountains from the front porch, and the ever-rushing waters of Cosby Creek from the back porches.

Kids and grown-ups love the huge basement game room, complete with ping pong, pool table, air hockey, and a 65 inch HDTV! River's Edge also has a nice-sized utility room complete with washer & dryer.

Cabin On River's Edge is comfortably appointed with fine furnishings and decor, and has a complete kitchen and large dining area for great family meals together.

Cabin On River's Edge is only 10 minutes from the Cosby Entrance to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, and is less than a mile from the famous Carver's Apple House & Restaurant! Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge are each a 25 minute drive.

Great get away
Had a great time with family. Was the perfect get away. House had all the comforts we could want. On the banks of a beautiful stream which was great to look at, listen to and fish in. Couldn’t ask for a better host. Went above and beyond whenever I reached out to him. Highly recommend this property.

Beautiful home with a lovely creek
My husband, myself and two of our adult children stayed in this cabin during our vacation. The cabin was very roomy and we felt comfortable during our stay. We enjoyed sitting on the top deck and listening to the babbling creek behind the house. The cabin was well stocked with supplies for our stay, and we would love to stay here again in the future.

Relaxing Getaway
The property was clean on the inside. The back deck and furniture could use a pressure washing. The pool table & ping pong tables were nice; the air hockey table is old and needs replacing. The discs were too heavy for the table. I loved the kitchen and living room. The light fixtures & cabinets were amazing. The bedrooms could use some updating. The stream/river right outside the door was very relaxing. The swings add a nice touch to the porches. It was a little disappointing to find out the gas grill was not there, so we had to use the campground style one next to the house. It is in a remote location, but a short drive will take you to Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and North Carolina. I would definitely stay there again.

Relaxation!
The property and location are awesome. Very accurate description. Could use a little maintenance, but this didn’t bother us at all. You definitely get more than what you paid for. Do note: supplies (toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher soap, etc) are limited. Might have to run up to the dollar general. The dollar general is great. Market Dollar General. No need to buy supplies coming in.

Exactly what we needed
My husband and i were looking for a place to take our 2 adventurous boys that had plenty for them to do, and this place has it all. It is very spacious inside and out. Highly recommend especially for families.

Perfect mountain location!
This cabin was perfect for our group of friends! We live close by actually, but we wanted a fun place for a quick getaway. This is the place for that! Tons of space, a hot tub, everything you need. The owner had great communication via email. We hope to use this cabin again!

Wonderful cabin
This cabin was perfect for our family. It had everything we needed, and it was a lovely place. Our children loved the stream and the pool table, hockey table, and ping pong. We also enjoyed the hot tub. The decorations were fun to look at too. What a fun place! The cabin was also close enough to Gatlinburg and the Great Smoky Mountains that it wasn’t hard to drive there, but it was hard enough away that it was very quiet. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
