Be careful what room you sign up for as the staff would not/could not make any changes. Due to pricing, we chose a king handicap room, which was on the main floor. Didn’t need a handicap room, but we were stuck with it. If we needed it, the shower had no soap or shampoo containers, just small bottles; no shelf in the shower area and no grab bars, which could have been an issue for anyone. Brkfst was mediocre- the usual scrambled eggs. Waffles were an option. Could have used some creativity in options. Would not stay at this hotel again.

I reserved two rooms here, one for myself and another for family. Both were obviously newly renovated, very clean and in good condition. However, my parents' room on the first floor had a strong musty odor. The room had all hard floors; maybe it was a pet friendly room? I couldn't tell exactly what the smell was from, but it was unpleasant. My room on the second floor was fine-- no smell at all. I'm unsure what the issue was with the first floor room, but would definitely recommend requesting the 2nd floor! Also--there was no working elevator during my stay. It was being renovated, so will likely be available in the near future, but something to note for those who need an elevator to access the second floor.

They had some work being done on the elevator so it was down the two nights we were there. At 7:30am could hear a blow dryer or something loud being used and woke us up. Could hear other people talk and their TV’s. All in all not a bad place to stay though.
