The water was brown and no hot water until after 10 pm. We were told there was maintenance going on until 3 but we checked in after 5. Very unfortunate experience.

Hotel is beautiful and perfectly located to the city’s downtown restaurants and shopping. However, I asked for a room as high as possible because noises above me wake me easily. I was given a room on the lowest floor and was awoken several times by the people above walking around. Soundproofing above, as well as between rooms, could use some work.

Hotel is in a great location next to the river. Rooms are modern and clean. The restaurant and bar have a good selection and reasonable prices. The area was safe, with easy parking and lots of walkable restaurants and shopping nearby.
