Staff were awesome. Beds were great. The bathroom had a thick scum/ slime outside the shower in the corner where i guess a mop couldn't get into the corners. It was really noisy and our keys were disabled prior to check out time.

The room was cute and not the usual. Very spacious and airy. However, the doors all squeaked when opened , the floors also squeaked. The lamp wasn't working, kept turning off by itself.

Great location near shops and restaurants and great view. The restaurant was new but served a great steak filet and mashed. Room was large and cozy and had a great balcony but it was wide open to another room and would have helped to have a privacy divider or something between me and a family of 4 that was secure. I understand it is under renovations, but the crew could have waited until 8 or 9 to start banging and the bathrooms really need that renovation, especially the showers. This is a historic compound with no elevators so keep that in mind. In just a couple of months it's going to be even better, I think. I will definitely come back!

The room supposed to be one of the best in the hotel, $300 per night. The photo at your website showed a very elegant room with beautiful water view. We came to the hotel at midnight. The hostess gave us key to the weirdest room I had ever seen, it was the long room with a divider in form of bathroom. In every part was a queen bed. The bathroom was in terrible shape with the toilet bowl moving an inch up and down. The water view was only through a tiny window and it was obstructed by the porch and roofs. Not even close to the description/picture on the website. The room was advertised as ‘quiet’ … We went to bed around 12:30 at night, at 5:30 the noises from the street and cleaning machines woke us up. I the morning I went to the front desk, and complained. We checked out immediately, not staying for the next night as planned. I requested the full refund for the booking. I was told that the hotel will do so and send me a confirmation message. Nothing happened. Please refund my stay and charge the hotel. Otherwise I will ask Amex to charge off the $574.13 process ed on May 27. Regards, Jerry Kuklinski P.S. we moved to Holiday Inn. It was very good, incomparable with Danfords.

Well the electric was out on Half the hotel. The Restaurant was closed so could not eat drink in hotel with business partners.water damage in ceiling G17. Sent to J1 first room service not cleaned yet. Went to basement for ice machine??? Found water damage in linen closet, view of dumpster in back parking lot , noisy 7am trash removal.
