Front desk privacy lacking
5 / 5
As we entered the hotel for check in I felt a lack of privacy. Being watched by a couple of men sitting within 20 or 30 ft having coffee.
I felt uncomfortable and distracted being protective of my g. F. And not comfortable giving personal information vocally to the attendant.
There definitely should be some division for a measure of privacy in the check-in area.
The third night our room key did not work and I had to walk all the way back to the front desk and they did not know that we were staying another night even though it was prepaid upon booking three nights earlier.
Having to walk back to the desk clerk to have your key reactivated when you have a disability, and are tired at the end of the day, just definitely not a happy moment!
