Great amenities and plenty of parking and friendly staff. Room was spacious and quaint but my 2 only issues were the ac had been off for a long time and room was boiling hot upon entry.. the bathtub was not cleaned enough

Very reasonable cost, i had a medical issue with my kegs and didnt realize there was no elevator when i booked the room. They immediately upgraded me at no charge to help me out, and got me on the floor that didnt require stairs to go to and from my room. My only complaint...the pool was on another floor only accessible by stairs. Was VERY disappointed because part of my therapy was water walking. I made it but was an incredibly painful tiresome ascent up the MANY stairs to get to my floor again. Beautiful facilities but NOT disabled friendly. I wont take stars away as that was on me. I should have asked in advance, and they did everything possible to accomodate me.

Good value stay. Breakfast was well maintained with food options. The room was extra big and could have used a sofa or comfy chair to fill the space and allow a place to relax without being on the bed. No complaints though.

Will never stay here again. Family of four. Super noisy. Doors slamming, party crowd into late night. Muggy room with broken A/C system and noisy fridge. Old facility. Breakfast area was tiny with 100 people in line. Did not bother. Overall painful experience.

Close to Amenities was the only convenience. Our room was run down, smoke detector was barely hanging from the ceiling but was working thankfully! The bathroom was dirty and the shower had so much soap scum build up showering was grose oh and the bed....worst sleep I have had in awhile, my back is kinked:{......save your $

The location was convenient, and the pool was a nice feature, but overall, the experience fell short of expectations. The pool area had no towels available, and used towels were left in large piles, uncollected. The pool also closed at 9 p.m., which felt unusually early—most places we’ve stayed at offer access until at least 10. The AC unit in the room wasn’t functioning, which made it extremely uncomfortable given the summer heat and humidity. Our room was also located right near an access door, and we were kept up much of the night by guests coming and going loudly. In the morning, the breakfast area was completely overwhelmed. It was far too small for the number of guests and felt chaotic, so we opted to eat elsewhere. While the basics were there, a few operational and comfort improvements would go a long way in making this a more restful and enjoyable stay.

Noisy stay and lack of basics

The experience we had was based on other people and not necessarily the hotel itself. I had to call the front desk twice because of noise distrubance. They did respond to the first complaint The soundproofing is horrible and the bathtub fixture was broken. Some little things were missing like the right amount of towels per people in the room, towels for the pool and there was no body wash.
