Great hotel.

We arrived later in the night, the Night Audit gentleman was welcoming, professional and made check it very nice easy and smooth for us being tired after long travel. When we arrived to the room it was clean, updated and spacious. It was a great stay that me and my husband enjoyed with nice staff and overall nice hotel. Will be staying here again when we come back up. 10/10 recommend.

Other than the workout room not having A/C it was fine. Exercising in 85* room inside. Pricey because of baseball tournaments in Conway and loud in lobby.

Housekeeping never came to clean our room the entire time that we were there. I notified the front desk and was told that they were supposed to. The front desk response was that they didn’t know why and asked if I needed more towels. In the meantime, our garbage wasn’t dumped and the bathroom door was hard to close. I told the gentleman at the front desk to take down my room number and put in a formal complaint.

Staff was outstanding. Courteous. Quiet rooms. Near shopping and restaurants. Clean fridge and microwave. One downer- spider in the bathroom. But we reached an agreement and I let it stay.
