Staff was very friendly. Our room was very dirty. There were many things not cleaned properly. We cleaned it ourselves after staff brought us cleaning supplies. Pink mold and soap scum throughout shower, counters had crusted food stuck to them, outsides of appliances with crusted fingerprints on them and many things with significant buildup.

A great last-minute accommodation!

They accommodated me last-minute because my first hotel was filthy. Comparatively, this hotel was much cleaner, and the staff much friendlier.

I liked that the staff were helpful/friendly by offering to turn on fireplace when I was sitting nearby and being attentive to restocking breakfast items. The store was convenient to grab water for my hike. I didn’t like the visible wear and tear on furniture in the room/bathroom.
