TownePlace Suite was a great stay because of the staff. They were all so friendly & accomodating. Heather was the first person we met and was extremely friendly. We will stay here again.

Overall very good. Pretty easy to find just slightly off the highway. Very clean place, comfortable room. Breakfast selections weren't excessive but it was well stocked and good. Check-in and checkout was fast and very courteous. Would stay again when in the area.

Mold on the Bagels

Went into the kitchen for breakfast where my Daughter fount mold on her Bagel.The only problem is this was at the end of Breakfast meaning the Bagel way there all morning and it they were just serving moldy food all morning

Wonderful experience. We came for a second honeymoon and hope to be back someday. Only negative was that I was not made aware of the daily parking fee, so that was an unpleasant surprise. Everything else was top-notch. Clean room, comfortable bed. Pleasant employees. Breakfast was decent; they maybe could try switching up the daily oatmeal with some grits. But overall a great place to stay.

Very easy to walk from to where we needed to meet. Air conditioning was very adequate. The blower will blow on the left side of the bed, if you are sensitive to cool air, I recommend sleeping on the right side of the bed. The hot water was amazing and super hot and pressure was just fabulous. The staff was super accommodating and friendly. Breakfast was decent (eggs, potato, waffle, cereals, juices, and coffees). Pool was up and running and active (I did not partake in pool) The cleaning ladies were friendly and the clean smells were all through the halls. I have no complaints.

The stay was amazing. Breakfast was great every morning. The room had more than enough space for us. We loved the kitchen area to be able to fill it with some groceries and not spend a ton going out. Will stay there again for sure. The staff was awesome and so polite and professional.

We have stayed here many times. You can see some signs neglect in the appearance. We experienced an issue with little to no hot water. Asked the front desk about a small issue and was met with a shoulder shrug! Kinda like I just don’t care!
