This property was perfect for my husband and I. It is as described, and the photos are accurate. The driveway takes a minute to get the hang of but we had no issues. Lots of steps in but we knew that ahead of time so no problems there.The home has some minor wear and tear, which is to be expected and any questions we had were addressed promptly.It was nice to have our own bathrooms during our stay (if you know, you know) and the primary bedroom mattress was comfy and we both slept well. Not a lot of motion transfer so that's definitely a bonus!We used the other two bedrooms for staging as we took our Wedding photos in Garden of the Gods while we were there!! Literally amazing!!So close to everything!! We hiked all around Garden of the Gods, went to Colorado Springs, Manitou Springs, hiked Helen Hunt Falls, hiked El Dorado Canyon, went to Boulder for a day. Could've easily stopped by Red Rocks. It's an easy drive to/from Denver.The hot tub was so nice after a long day!! The patio and hot tub set up are private and super cute.It was also nice to do a load of laundry so we didn't have to pack our sweaty clothes since it was 80 degrees almost every day we were there (unexpectedly).Overall great experience and we would stay here again.

The house was beautiful. Very clean and well taken care of. Only bad thing is the driveway. We had a large SUV and we were not comfortable parking in the driveway. There was room along the road right in front of the driveway though. Kids loved the house. Still talk about it a year later!

Cute house in a great location

This house was in a great location - very close to all of the popular Manitou Springs and Colorado Springs attractions. The communication with management was great, kitchen was well stocked, beds were very comfortable, loved the private hot tub and all of the games provided. 2 of the bedrooms were nicely appointed, the 3rd one with the trundle is very small and bare bones. It would be good as a kid room. I loved that we could walk down to Red Rock open space to hike! Air conditioner worked well in July, but the thermostat was a little challenging to figure out. I loved this house - would definitely recommend and would stay here again (:
