The building itself was beautiful but several concerning issues in the bathroom. Faucets are very confusing and there is a law suit waiting as the tub is very slick with no rough surface and no hand rails at all. When checking in not told that we needed to ask for daily room service for bed make up and trash. There was no extension info on phone and told main desk but it was not resolved. The safe is buried below the low shelf in the closet and recessed so had to get on knees to use it, also very dark to see the numbers. Had to ask for a microware and pay $20 for a 1 time 5 minute use. When these issues were brought up to the service deck 2 times they did not note any concerns although they said they would bring it up to management and apologized and also said others mentioned concerns regarding hand rails in tubs and showers.
