"1. No breakfast at all--permanently discontinued. 2. One day the room was not touched. Housekeeper said she thought the room didn't need it. "If guest makes their own bed, we don't make it again." But we hadn't made it. 3. Many signs of disrepair. Two knobs on the bathroom door, but only one functioned. ..."
